Teltonika ATC700 — Battery-powered GPS tracker
Runs on its own battery, with no need to connect to any wiring. Charges via USB-C. In our tests, one charge lasted about 4–5 days with a mix of driving and parking.
Placement and getting started
Charge the tracker and place it in the car or fix it in a suitable spot. The device doesn’t need to be connected to any wiring.
The ATC700 is convenient for temporary trip monitoring and can be moved between cars. Fix the device securely and keep satellite reception in mind: metal parts can weaken the signal.

Operation while driving and when parked
The ATC700 reports its location at set intervals. You can set a fixed update interval or use different intervals while driving and when parked.
While driving, you can see the route on the map in more detail if the tracker records and sends data more often.
While parked, you can increase the reporting interval to conserve battery power. If occasional location checks are enough for you, let us know when you order — we will choose suitable settings.
The update frequency affects battery life. With infrequent data transmission, the position on the map is updated less often and alerts may be delayed.
To send data, the ATC700 uses the 4G LTE Cat 1 mobile network and also supports 2G.
If mobile coverage is temporarily lost, the tracker stores the recorded data in its internal memory and sends it once the connection is restored.
Charging and battery life
The ATC700 runs on a built-in 1000 mAh battery. When running on its own battery, it does not draw power from the car battery, but it needs to be recharged regularly via USB-C.
In our tests, a fully charged battery lasted about 4–5 days with a mix of driving and parking. This is the result of our tests: actual battery life depends on the settings, how often data is sent, mobile coverage conditions and temperature.
The more often the device determines its location and sends data, the faster the battery runs down. Less frequent updates and power saving extend the time between charges.
On the road, the tracker can be topped up from a power bank. A USB-C cable is included.
What you can do in the tracking system
In your account, you can:
- see the tracker’s last reported location on the map, plus the address and speed at the time of the update;
- view movement history for the last two years;
- generate reports on movements and distance travelled and download them in Excel format;
- set up email alerts for leaving a set area, exceeding a set speed limit, and other events supported by the system.
You can use the system in a web browser or in the Android and iPhone apps. All your devices are available in one account.
Price and renewal
The price includes:
- the Teltonika ATC700 GPS tracker, configured for our tracking system;
- a pre-installed SIM card with three years of prepaid mobile data in all countries where the SIM card works;
- three years of access to the GPS tracking system;
- a USB-C charging cable;
- free delivery in Europe.
For the first three years, there are no monthly fees for using the system or for mobile data.
After that, you can extend your access to the system and mobile data service for another three years. Renewal currently costs 69 € for three years. The price may change by the time you renew.
The tracker remains yours. Renewal is optional; the device can also be connected to another compatible tracking system.
Ordering, delivery and collection
Place your order on the website. After purchase, we will configure the tracker and prepare it for use. All you will have to do is charge the device and place it where you want it.
We deliver to parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland and send orders by post to other European countries. Delivery is already included in the price.
You can also collect the device from our workshop at Häälinurme 1, Peetri. When you collect it, we will help you get started with the tracker and log in, and show you the main features of the system.
