2. Ordering and prices
Orders are placed in the gpsauto.ee online shop — add the tracker you want to the cart and follow the instructions.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Installation is not included in the online shop price. The installation price depends on the tracker model and is shown on the product page. You can book an installation time at our workshop in Peetri on the Book an installation page.
- After you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation by email.
3. What the price includes
The tracker price includes the configured device, a SIM card with mobile data prepaid for 3 years in all countries where the SIM card works, and 3 years of access to the tracking system. There is no monthly fee during these 3 years. The device belongs to the buyer. After 3 years, access and data service can be extended (the current price is shown on the product page), or the device can be connected to another compatible system.
4. Payment and delivery
You can pay in our online shop by bank link or by a debit or credit card that is enabled for online payments. If you collect your order in Peetri, you can also pay on site in cash or by bank card.
You can collect your order from us in Peetri (Häälinurme 1) or have it delivered free of charge to an Omniva parcel locker in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Finland. We send orders to other European countries free of charge as a postal parcel with a tracking code. More: Delivery and payment.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession) may withdraw from a contract concluded in the online shop without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which they, or a person they designated (other than the carrier), received the goods.
- To withdraw, an unequivocal statement sent within the period to klienditugi@mugavauto.ee is enough (please state the order number if possible). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
- Send the goods back no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. Please return all accessories supplied and, if possible, the original packaging.
- Installing or using the device, or not having the original packaging, does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal. The consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The seller must justify the reason for and amount of the diminished value.
- The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The seller bears the cost of returning wrong or defective goods.
- We refund payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that they have been sent, whichever is earlier.
If you want us to install the device at our workshop before the withdrawal period ends, we will do so at your express request. Installation does not end your right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

6. Defective goods and warranty
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity of goods sold to a consumer under the conditions provided by law. The consumer may make a claim for a defect that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods (§ 218 (2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act).
- If the goods are defective, the consumer may demand repair or replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
- For the conformity of the tracking service and mobile data agreed for three years, we are liable for the entire agreed service period.
- Please notify us of a defect within two months of discovering it. The seller bears the reasonable costs of handling the claim.
- The seller is not liable for defects that arise after delivery as a result of misuse, negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear.
- Any manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
For business buyers, the warranty set by the manufacturer or importer applies.
7. Submitting claims
You can submit a claim to klienditugi@mugavauto.ee; attach photos if needed. We reply in writing within 15 days of receiving the claim. If resolving it takes longer, we will tell you the reason for the delay and a new reasonable deadline. If we reject a claim, we will explain why.
8. Using the tracker
The tracker may be used only for lawful purposes. It must not be used to track people secretly, to stalk anyone, or to violate another person’s privacy. Owning a vehicle does not in itself give the right to track its user: processing location data linked to a person requires a lawful purpose and legal basis, and the tracking must be necessary and proportionate. An employer must inform employees in advance and limit the scope of tracking, access to the data and how long it is kept. The buyer is responsible for the lawful use of the device.
9. Liability
The seller is liable for breach of contract in the cases and to the extent provided by law; release from liability is assessed under the law, including § 103 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. Where damage is caused by the buyer’s actions, causation and the allocation of liability provided by law are taken into account. These terms do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
10. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) or to a court. In a cross-border dispute, help is available from the European Consumer Centre in your country.
11. Personal data
We process personal data only to the extent needed to fulfil the order and provide access to the tracking system. See our Privacy policy.
