Booking an installation

How to choose trackers, an installation date and time, confirm your booking and reschedule if needed.

We install FTC921 and FTC880 trackers at our workshop. Book a suitable time on the website. Buying a tracker does not reserve an installation appointment.

How to book

  1. Open the installation booking page.
  2. Use the + and − buttons to select how many FTC921 and FTC880 trackers you need installed. You can book up to four vehicles online; contact us for a larger number.
  3. For several vehicles, choose “one after another” or “at the same time”. The duration is shown beside each option; available appointment times depend on your choice.
  4. Select an available day in the calendar, then an installation time. If the website asks you to confirm that you are human, complete the check to continue booking.
  5. Enter your name, phone number, email address and vehicle registration number. Separate multiple registration numbers with commas. Add a note if needed.
  6. Check the selected trackers, date and time. Click “Book the time” and wait for “Booking confirmed!”. Your time is then reserved in the calendar. We send the email confirmation separately.

If no appointments are available or you cannot complete the booking, call or email us using the contact details below.

Duration, cost and address

Installing one tracker usually takes about an hour, sometimes up to an hour and a half. When booking several vehicles, check the start and finish times shown on the page.

The current price is on the booking page. For the FTC880, it depends on the installation location; we agree the exact amount before work begins. Installation is paid for at the workshop.

Other models

The FMB020 plugs into the OBD port, and the FMP100 into the vehicle power socket. You can usually connect them yourself. If you need help at the workshop, contact us to arrange a time: these models cannot be selected in the online calendar.

The ATC700 does not need to be connected to the vehicle wiring. Charge it and secure it in place, following the ATC700 user guide.

Rescheduling or cancelling

Call +3726622277 or email klienditugi@mugavauto.ee. Give your name, vehicle registration number and appointment date. Tell us whether you want to cancel the installation or move it to another time.
