SIM card and coverage
The data included with your tracker, SIM coverage by country and how to check the supported network.
Your tracker comes with a SIM card with 500 MB of data. Under normal use, this is enough for three years. The tracker uses this card to send data to Mugav Auto GPS.
How data is used
The tracker sends coordinates and other information about its operation. Data usage depends on its settings and reporting frequency. The 500 MB is one total allowance, not a monthly allowance or unlimited internet.
Internet access on your phone or computer is not included in this allowance: the app and website use those devices’ own internet connection.
Will the tracker work in another country?
Two conditions must be met: the country is on the SIM coverage list, and your tracker supports a network marked for that country.

For FMB020 and FMP100, the country table must specifically show 2G. 4G alone is not enough. For example, the October 2026 list shows 4G for Iceland and Switzerland, but not 2G.
The other three models support both 4G and 2G. Check whether at least one of these networks is marked in the table. The list does not guarantee a connection everywhere in a country: a suitable network and signal are also needed at the location.
What to check before travelling
- Find the country in the table below.
- Compare the marked network with your tracker model’s support.
- Look for a * or ** marker next to the country. A * warns of possible local requirements or restrictions on using a foreign SIM card, particularly for long-term use. The ** next to Russia means a service restriction at local network level.
If a country is not in the table, coverage there is not confirmed by this list.
If the location is not updating
Check in the system when the tracker last sent data. It may report less often while parked — see Using the app.
If the gap is noticeably longer than usual, check the tracker’s power, whether the country is on the coverage list and whether the model supports a marked network. Missing updates alone do not mean that the SIM card has run out of data.

** Russia: the list indicates a service restriction at local network level. The 2G and 4G marks do not confirm that a connection will work.
